Shoe Rack

You'll need
Pine, 2 x 240mm x 19mm x 800mm
Dowel, 6 x 25mm x 750mm
12 countersink screws
Basic tool kit and jigsaw

Here's how
1. Mark out the side shapes on the pine and the position of the six dowels 40mm in from the edges.

2. Drill and jigsaw the handgrip cut-outs towards the top, using the drawing as a guide.

3. Drill holes, to half the depth of the timber, in the marked positions for the dowels. Add glue to the holes to help secure the dowels.

4. To assemble, drill and screw into the dowel ends through the sides. Wipe away excess glue.
