Instructions:
 

1. Wrap wreath with net. Leave some of the net draping from the bottom of wreath. Refer to photo.
2. Wash "Gone" and "Fishing" signs with White paint. Float inside of letters with Mallard Green. Basecoat fish with Crocus Yellow and float Mallard Green on top edge of fish and float Bittersweet Orange on bottom edge of fish. Use a toothbrush to splatter entire sign with Black, White and Bittersweet Orange. Dot eye with stylus, first White and then with black. Refer to photo.
3. Basecoat seagulls with White. Basecoat dowel rod with Crocus Yellow. Dot eyes on seagulls with black. Float Crocus Yellow on seagull's beak. Float wings and tails with black.
4. Basecoat buttons with Mallard Green and splatter with White and Crocus Yellow.
5. Dress bear in fishing vest and straw hat, glue two buttons to front of vest and two buttons to hat. Refer to photo.
6. Assemble wreath: Glue bear to left inside of wreath. Glue seagulls on pole next to bear. Wire "Gone Fishing" sign to right side of wreath. Glue fishing pole to bear's paw and fish to one pole by seagulls. Refer to photo.
7. Embellish wreath with sea shells. Glue some shells to wreath and some shells in net. Refer to photo.
8. Glue dragonflies to top of wreath. Refer to photo.
