Firefly

Materials:

Wooden ice cream spoons

Glow in the dark paint

Black paper

Tissue paper (or wax paper)

 

Instructions:
1.         Use the little wooden spoons that come with ice cream cups for the body of your firefly.  Paint the spoon with the glow in the dark neon paint.  Let dry.

2.         Glue two black dots on one end of the spoon for eyes.

3.         Cut tissue paper or wax paper into ovals and let kids glue an oval on each side for wings.
