Alberta, Canada. Viola and her 4 year old daughter, Sapphire, make these
decorative coin wrappers to give as gifts and also to use as Christmas tree
decorations.

How to Make Decorative Coin Wrappers
Viola suggests using paper coin wrappers instead of
plastic and filling them with coins first. Wouldn’t it be fun to get a roll of
money all decorated instead of a paper bill in a card? This is a great idea for
a child’s gift and I love the idea and creativity in this very frugal craft

The pictures are self-explanatory. Paint a coin wrapper the desired color and go
wild with the embellishments. This would be a good way to use up those odd
stickers, sequins, buttons and such.
