Dazzles and Twinkles

 

Instructions
 
Astrology Binder:
1. Stencil left side of letters with True Blue, Kelly Green, Lemon Yellow and True Red; right side with White. Let dry.

2. Stencil sun, moon and stars with Lemon Yellow. Then stencil inside sun rays with True Red, and inside moon with Kelly Green.

3. Stencil ringed planet with True Blue, True Red, Lemon Yellow and White. Allow to dry.

4. Use flat brush to apply corresponding colors of Craft Twinkles to letters, planets and stars. Let dry.

5. Spatter with Wrought Iron Black.

6. To finish, assemble according to color picture.

Instructions Twinkles Binder:
1. Use stencil brush to apply the design with Shimmering Silver. Allow to dry.

2. Use flat brush to apply Silver Craft Twinkles over entire design. Allow to dry.
