| PREPARATION 1. Tape patterns to underside of Styrene Painting Blanks. 2. Trace outlines and black areas of shapes with Black Leading by squeezing bottle and slowly moving hand along pattern lines, holding tip slightly above surface. Let dry 1 to 2 hours. PAINTING INSTRUCTIONS NOTE: When filling outlined areas with paint, squeeze paint directly from the bottle and apply a line of paint inside the leaded outline, keeping paint at level of leading. Then fill in area by gently squeezing paint and moving tip side to side. Keep bottle tip slightly above surface. CORNUCOPIA 1. Fill horn with Root Beer Brown. Add White Chocolate to left of center and use toothpick to pull white lines through brown to make highlight. 2. For pumpkin, make lines of Christmas Red along seams and Primary Yellow lines at top of each section. Fill remainder of pumpkin with Orange Lollipop. Stem is Root Beer Brown 3. Fill squash with Primary Yellow. Add Leaf Green lines and pull color through yellow with toothpick. 4. Fill other shapes as follows: opening with Grey, pear with Primary Yellow, grapes with Great Grape and touch of Lively Lavender, apple with Christmas Red, leaves with Lemon Lime and Leaf Green. 5. Allow to dry 24 hours. Peel design and stick onto window or other smooth surface. VASE, PICTURE FRAME & CANDLE 1. Follow previous directions for applying Black Leading. 2. Fill acorns with Root Beer Brown and leaves with combinations of Primary Yellow, Orange Lollipop, Primary Red, Lemon Lime and Leaf Green. 3. When paint has dried for 24 hours, peel designs and stick smaller leaves to picture frame and candle, larger leaves and acorns to vase. |
