Baggie Butterflies

Materials:

Snack size zipper bags

Tissue paper

Colored cellophane

Chenille stem

 

Instructions:
1.         Fill the snack size zipper bags with scraps of tissue paper and cellophane.

2.         Gather them in the middle with a half of a chenille stem.

3.         Twist and bend the stem into antennae.
