Painting Instructions
Table
1. With 1” flat brush, basecoat table with Whitewash. Let dry.

2. Apply Weathered Wood according to directions. Apply Taffy Cream over Weathered Wood.

3. Using 1” flat brush, paint apron of table Baby Blue with 1/2” vertical stripes spaced 1” apart in Country Blue, using tape to mark off if necessary.

4. On top of table, mark 8” square. In between molding edge and square, paint intersecting 1/2” stripes vertically and horizontally in Country Blue with #6 shader. Let dry.

5. Repeat process with Indian Turquoise, placing intersecting lines adjacent to Country Blue lines. Using Gooseberry Pink, paint narrow, intersecting lines with liner about 1” apart on top of other lines. Then paint dotted lines of Taffy Cream centered on 1/2” lines of Indian Turquoise.

6. With #1 flat brush, paint molding edge Pink Chiffon. Let dry. Using #6 shader with Gooseberry Pink, paint small triangles with the points facing downward around the molding edge. Let dry.

7. With #6 shader, paint 12mm balls Green Mist and 10mm balls Indian Turquoise. Alternating colors, glue balls to underside of molding, centering each one under the downward point of the triangle.

8. Paint 8mm balls Taffy Cream; glue to bottoms of 12mm balls. On legs of table, transfer pattern for rosebuds and paint, using Pink Chiffon.

9. Paint centers with Gooseberry Pink. With script liner, add two leaves on either side of the base of each rosebud using Green Mist.

10. In center of table in square, paint rosebud in center and each corner. Working diagonally, center a rosebud between center and corners. Also place one in the center of each edge side. Connect the rosebuds using diagonal squiggly lines in Green Mist to create diamonds. Paint leaves along edges of green squiggles.

11. Seal surface with DuraClear.

Chair
1. Using 1” flat brush, basecoat chair with Baby Blue. Let dry.

2. Apply Weathered Wood, according to directions, to back horizontal slats of chair. Apply Taffy Cream over Weathered Wood.

3. Paint back vertical slats of chair and side edges of seat Pink Chiffon. Let dry.

4. Using #1 script liner and Green Mist, apply a centered vertical squiggly line. Add leaves.

5. Measure 8” square (or size and shape to fit design of chair) in center of seat. Inside square, paint Pink Chiffon roseswith Gooseberry Pink centers. Add two leaves on either side of base of each rosebud using Green Mist.

6. Between molding edge and square, paint intersecting 1/2” squares in checkerboard pattern in Taffy Cream with #1 script liner. Let dry.

7. Using Country Blue, paint 1/2” intersecting lines through the centers of every other square. Repeat this same technique using Indian Turquoise in 1/2” lines, intersecting squares not crossed by Country Blue lines.

8. Dot corners of squares Indian Turquoise. Using Gooseberry Pink, paint 4 short lines radiating out from each dot.

9. Use Pink Chiffon to paint dotted lines down the center of each Country Blue 1/2” line.

10. Using Gooseberry Pink, paint small triangles with points facing downward around seat edge. Let dry. Paint 12mm balls Green Mist and 10mm balls Indian Turquoise.

11. Alternating colors, glue balls to underside of edge of seat, centering each one under the downward point of the triangle. Also glue alternating balls to top of back of chair, and apron under seat. Paint 8mm balls Taffy Cream, glue to bottoms of 12mm balls.

12. Seal with DuraClear.
