        Instructions
     
    Product Note
    Heavenly Hues are transparent color washes that allow one-step decorating for wood, ceramic bisque, or plaster. Simply apply paint and then wipe off excess. When used as a wash over opaque Americana acrylics, the result is the added depth of an antique finish.
    Candle Painting Medium, when mixed with acrylic paint, allows the paint to adhere to candles. It keeps the paint from crawling or separating.

    Preparation
    Clean candles with rubbing alcohol.

    Instructions
    Note: Mix all paint 1:1 with Candle Painting Medium.

    Round Candle
    Dip Easy Cling pouncer into Heavenly Gold and press dots onto candle.

    Short Striped Candle
    Place vertical strips of tape on candle. Use small piece of sponge to pounce Heavenly Gold on open areas. Carefully lift tape off candle while paint is still wet.

    Ribbed
    Use #10 brush to apply Heavenly Gold, leaving heavier deposits in the ribbed areas.

    Short Pillar with Checks
    1. Mix Beautiful Burgundy with Heavenly Gold. Sponge on candle sides.
    2. Use #6 flat brush to paint Heavenly Gold checks all around candle.

    12" Pillar
    Use #10 brush to lightly alternate application of Heavenly Gold and Beautiful Burgundy in a diagonal direction on the candle sides.

    Plaster Candle Holders
    Note: Do not mix paint with Candle Painting Medium.
    1. For round holder, use #10 brush to apply Heavenly Gold with moistened sponge, wipe paint off, leaving color onto in recessed areas.
    2. For square holder, use #10 brush to apply Heavenly Gold on entire piece. Allow to dry, then spray with Americana Matte spray. When dry, apply Beautiful Burgundy. Use moistened sponge to wipe off excess color.
    3. Finish plaster pieces by spraying with Americana Matte Spray.
